One of the companies that realized early the advantages of the Swedish Keys Technology is Razer, who’s focusing on computers and keyboards for gaming. The 7 inch Switchblade laptop was presented in 2011, made on lincens from United Keys, and became a great success.
It was adapted for gaming and the keys were in a row (not like traditional keyboards) but all functions and with keys that could change visuals depending on what game or app was open on the laptop.
This short video shows the advantages and also functionality. Since Intel paid for the video it’s focused on the inside, but the keyboard was the real teaser that made the video spread world wide and made a buzz in tech media.
